What's the difference? An independent, certified testing service that does not do remediation will offer you an unbiased opinion of the problem and tell you what your next steps should be. Safe Objectives won't magnify the problem in hopes of making money on the remediation to follow.

Safe Objectives is a single source for Indoor Air Quality, Safety, Environmental Inspections of Residential and Commercial Properties. Our testing and assessments include - Commercial (Phase I , II Assessments), Asbestos Sampling, Lead Testing and Assessments, Air Sampling, Mold Testing Radon Testing and Methamphetamine Testing. INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Our Indoor Air Quality staff is able to survey, and test buildings and HVAC systems for chemicals, molds, fungi, spores, allergens, bacteria, asbestos and lead. We are experts in building related issues and special issues such. We can perform or supervise mold remediation as well as developing specifications for mold removal.
TRAINING
Safe Objectives was one of the first approved Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) training providers approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Safe Objectives has trained and certified over 3,000 students.
Our training classes and specialty courses include Lead (RRP) Certification, Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor training, OSHA Asbestos Awareness training, landlord and investor training, RRP record keeping, and other specialized training as requested.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Safe Objectives inspections and assessments include: Phase I and Phase II environmental property assessments, soil sampling, air sampling, asbestos sampling, lead testing are a part of our environmental services.
LOSS CONTROL/RISK MGMT
We have the ability to provide loss control and risk management serviced to contractors. This includes auditing records for the new EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) requirements.
Helping contractors stay in compliance with Asbestos Colorado regulations No.8, Part B requiring an asbestos inspection prior to renovation or demolition projects is one of our specialties. If abatement becomes necessary we will explain the process in simple understandable terms and provide as many options as possible.
